Only a few relationships are shown here which you won't find at the important websites,

  like Wikipedia or Wolfram MathWorld.

cyclic quadrilateral, tangential quadrilateral, heisss

Fig. 1: Cyclic quadrilateral and its tangential quadrilateral

And now a new relationship, but first only with the cyclic quadrilateral:

cyclic quadrilateral, extended sides, heisss

Fig. 2: Relationships only at the cyclic quadrilateral

... and with the tangential quadrilateral:

cyclic quadrilateral, tangential quadrilateral, quadrangle, Apollonius circle, inscribed, circumscribed, heisss

Fig. 3: Relationships at the cyclic quadrilateral and its tangential quadrilateral

Illustration to the relationship of orthogonal circles and the circle of Apollonius? [here]

Final Remark:

On the one side you could think that a cyclic quadrilateral and its tangential quadrilateral is a very special case. But on the other side it is nothing more than the contruction of the tangents from two points to a circle, and then the lines through the points of tangency.
